What You’ll Do:

• Learn proven marketing and sales strategies through hands-on, personalized training

• Engage with customers in retail settings to introduce products and recommend solutions

• Educate customers on service options and assist them through the decision-making process

• Complete transactions, handle follow-ups, and ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Offer additional products and services that align with customer needs

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and progress using internal tools

• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and improve daily performance

• Participate in team meetings focused on growth, leadership, and skill development

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a team setting

• Positive attitude and competitive mindset

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus—but not required
