We’re currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Marketing Assistant to support the execution of retail marketing efforts and drive customer engagement. What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in coordinating and executing in-store campaigns for AT&T inside major retail locations

• Engage shoppers with personalized conversations to promote products and services

• Help guide customers through the enrollment process and provide accurate product information

• Ensure the retail space is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards

• Stay up to date on AT&T’s offerings, promotions, and campaign goals

• Collect and organize data on campaign performance for reporting and analysis

What We're Looking For:

• Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (degree preferred but not required)

• Previous experience in retail, marketing, customer service, or sales is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset

• Energetic, self-driven, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Availability for a full-time schedule, including weekends
