As we continue expanding our footprint in Jacksonville, we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Management Trainee who’s eager to build a long-term career in business development, team leadership, and client relations.

This position is designed to train the next generation of leaders in sales, marketing strategy, and customer engagement. You’ll work hands-on with customers, collaborate with a high-performing team, and learn how to lead campaigns from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

• Represent top-tier telecom brands in a face-to-face retail environment

• Educate customers on product offerings, promotions, and service plans

• Drive customer enrollment and retention through consultative sales techniques

• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members as you grow

• Participate in daily sales strategy meetings and ongoing leadership training

• Help identify local market trends and contribute to campaign development

• Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track progress

• Work toward performance goals in sales, service quality, and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

• Ambitious, team-oriented, and eager to learn leadership and sales strategies

• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required

• Reliable transportation for travel to retail/event locations as needed
