Sales Support Manager – Entry Level
Stay Connected Management is a growing sales and business support firm expanding into the Jacksonville market. We're looking for a driven and organized Entry-Level Sales Support Manager to help launch and lead our newest division. Our primary goal is to drive client sales growth and customer acquisition by equipping our B2B sales team with seamless operational support and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop outreach strategies and achieve client acquisition goals
Conduct scheduled visits to prospective local businesses to present offerings and establish relationships
Use company-provided materials and product knowledge to explain services clearly and persuasively
Initiate conversations with potential business clients, actively listen, and assess their needs
Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and confidence
Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our clients' products and services
Work closely with the B2B sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and outreach efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Passion for developing a career in sales and business operations
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—both verbal and written
Natural leadership abilities with the potential to guide and support team members
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM/sales tools a plus
Previous experience in sales, customer support, or team leadership is preferred but not required
