We’re seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Retail Marketing Specialist to lead customer-facing initiatives and bring AT&T’s offerings to life inside high-traffic retail spaces. What You’ll Do:

• Represent AT&T with professionalism and enthusiasm inside designated retail locations

• Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring clarity and satisfaction

• Maintain a polished and inviting retail setup to support brand visibility

• Stay informed on all AT&T products, services, and current promotions

• Track sales activity and provide detailed reporting to senior management

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required)

• Experience in retail marketing, customer service, brand management, or sales is a plus

• Strong communication and people skills with the ability to make personalized connections

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, with adaptability to fast-paced retail environments
