As we grow our footprint in the Jacksonville area, we’re excited to welcome 5 new team members to our sales team. What You’ll Do:
Participate in one-on-one and group training led by top performers and sales leaders
Become an expert in our client’s products and services to confidently educate and assist customers
Engage directly with customers in retail environments to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to final transaction
Recommend additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activity
Collaborate with your team to hit goals and support overall success
Contribute to daily team meetings focused on performance, growth, and leadership

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer engagement
