As a Sales Manager Trainee with Stay Connected Management, you will be the face of our clients, representing their products and services in a professional and dynamic way. This role provides the opportunity to develop your skills in brand promotion, customer engagement, and management. You will begin by promoting and selling products but will also cross-train in various aspects of management, gaining valuable experience in leadership, team development, and strategic decision-making. • Represent Stay Connected Management and our clients with the highest level of professionalism.
• Promote and sell products, services, and special offers to engage potential customers and increase sales.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new customers.
• Collect customer feedback, providing valuable insights to help refine product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the management team to strategize and implement marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities to gain knowledge in team management, leadership, and business operations.
• Assist in managing a team as you transition into higher leadership roles, driving team performance, coaching, and supporting professional development.
